A total of twelve prizes will be awarded and drawn in the following order:

PHYSICAL TICKETS

Tickets purchased online are processed and translated into physical tickets. Purchasing your tickets online or in-person does not make a difference in regards to odds or entry price.

You will receive an email receipt detailing your raffle ticket purchase coming from Auto-Receipt (noreply@mail.authorize.net).


RAFFLE PROCEEDS

Proceeds from this raffle will support CPC- TU’s mission to conserve, protect and restore Colorado’s cold water fisheries and their watersheds. Proceeds will help support our Salida, Buena Vista and Leadville youth aquatic education programs.


RAFFLE ONLINE SALES END TIME

The online ticket sales will end the day prior to the drawing, on May 13, 2020, at 6pm MDT.

RAFFLE DRAWING

Due to the Governor’s order to limit the spread of COVID-19, we are unable to hold the raffle drawing at the Poncha Springs Town Hall. Instead, we will draw the winning tickets through the RandomPicker.com site.

The drawing will start at 7pm on May 14th, 2020 at 12587 County Road 261K, Nathrop CO 81236.

The public will not be able to attend the drawing.

The results will be posted online by 7:30pm at the https://www.collegiatePeaksTU.org/raffle-results page. All winners will be contacted by phone, and then via e-mail if needed.

Winner must provide proof of identity (i.e. State Drivers License) to verify the winner and link it with the same ticket purchase.


RAFFLE LICENSE AND RULES

This raffle is conducted under Colorado Raffle License #2020-15719.

This is a Colorado based raffle and is not valid in states where out-of-state raffles are prohibited.

Raffle participants need not be present to win.
