ENTER OUR RAFFLE TO WIN THIS GREAT PACKAGE!

This is our main fundraising event of 2022. The raffle is for one great package of fly fishing gear, books, and art. The package consists of:
- Sage Z-Axis 590-4 rod, 9 ft., 5 wt., beautiful green, 4 pcs., sage metal case.
- Ross #CLA 2 (TU version), soft case includes Airflow #WF-5 Superflow line, donated by The Next Eddy.
- Simms fishing vest, size large.
- Cabelas hand net, lightly used.
- Six dozen dry flies, six dozen nymph/wet flies, custom-tied and donated by Jim Impara.
- 12” Trout Sculpture on marble base, “Rainbow”, by Gil O. Sanders, MD.
- “South Platte River Guide”, 2005, book by Pat Dorsey, autographed.
- Fishpond Flat Tops water duffle in original packaging, donated by Henry Klaiman.
Total package value is over $2,000.


TICKET SALES ARE CLOSED!
We rely on FoxyCart e-commerce for raffle ticket sales! It is fully secure, and payments processed via Authorize.net. You will receive a receipt email from Authorize.net, subject “Merchant Email Receipt”. In it is the “Transaction ID” field which will identify your ticket purchases. The email will also contain information about raffle drawing time and location.
RAFFLE ONLINE SALES END TIME
The online ticket sales will end the day prior to the drawing, on November 4, 2022, at 5pm MDT.
RAFFLE RULES
Raffle ticket purchasers NEED NOT be present to win.
Raffle tickets can be only purchased online. You will receive an email receipt immediately after your purchase detailing your transaction, our contact information, and a Transaction ID code. This code is not the actual ticket number(s), but rather an identifier linked to the raffle ticket number(s) that is/are assigned in the order in which they are processed.
Email receipts come from Auto-Receipt (noreply@mail.authorize.net) so please check your spam, bulk, “Promotions” tab (Gmail) or reach out to us at collegiatepeakstu@gmail.com to request a new one.
U.S. Postal regulations prohibit the mailing of raffle tickets.
This raffle is conducted under Colorado Raffle License No. 2022-17856.
This is a Colorado based raffle and is not valid in states where out-of-state raffles are prohibited.
We will draw the winning ticket through the RandomPicker.com site. You can view the raffle drawing there.
The drawing will start at 5pm on November 5, 2022, at the Boathouse, 228 N F St, Salida, CO.
The results will be posted online by 7:30pm at the https://www.collegiatePeaksTU.org/raffle-results page. Winner will be contacted by phone, and then via e-mail if needed.
Winner must provide proof of identity (i.e. State Drivers License) to verify identify and to link it with the same ticket purchase.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO CLAIM MY PRIZE?
Winners who have not claimed their prize within 20 days of the applicable draw date will be notified by U.S. Certified Mail, return receipt requested. The notice will include information regarding the prize won, a contact person’s email and the time and manner by which the winner may claim the prize. If a winner fails to claim a prize within 30 days of receiving this notification, CPC-TU may retain the prize.
RAFFLE PROCEEDS
Proceeds from this raffle will support CPC- TU’s mission to conserve, protect and restore Colorado’s cold water fisheries and their watersheds. Proceeds will help support our Salida, Buena Vista and Leadville youth aquatic education programs.
TAX INFORMATION
Raffle ticket purchases are not tax-deductible for income tax purposes. However, a winner may deduct the cost of a winning ticket from the value of the prize awarded in determining the amount to include in taxable gross income with respect to the prize. Winners should consult a tax advisor for guidance. Raffle prize winnings are considered income and are generally subject to federal and state income taxes and may be subject to state and local sales or use taxes.
