INSTRUCTIONS FOR BECOMING A NEW VET FISHING MENTOR
In preparation for our chapter hosting a fishing outing for disabled veterans in partnership with, a training session
When you identify the volunteers who are interested in participating with the PHWFF outing, here is the link for them to register.
I recommend that they view the video instructions at the top of the form because the steps required are not entirely intuitive.
When they select the region and program, we are RM SOUTH and COLORADO SPRINGS.
The final step – open the VERIFY email and click the link – is necessary to complete the registration.
Registering with us will put them on our local email mailing list (the same one you are on). If they would prefer to sign up as a volunteer but NOT be on the email mailing list, they should LET ME KNOW so I can change their file to the “occasional volunteer” status.
Please send me a list of names and phone# / email for your mentors as you get them, so I can ensure they are signed up to volunteer.
