The 2018 Caddis Festival Banquet & Auction is scheduled for May 5, 2018 at the Chaffee County Fairgrounds. In order for this major fundraiser to be successful, we need a team of chapter members to help plan the event and to volunteer during the Caddis Festival. If you’ve helped before, we need your help again! If you haven’t helped before, please step up and we’ll find ways to use your talents!

We are excited to introduce a new custom web interface for event management this year, allowing on-line registration and electronic bidding for Silent Auction items. To implement this successfully, we need a group of dedicated volunteers willing to take on-line training in advance and use their personal smart device at the Banquet to assist our guests with electronic bidding. THIS IS CRITICAL TO OUR SUCCESS THIS YEAR!

The first Banquet Committee meeting is at 12:00 noon, January 4, 2018 at Mt. Shavano Manor in Salida. Even if you can’t make this initial planning meeting, we can still use your help!
